Postage
Our postage is a standard charge and means the item is sent with a signature required upon delivery to enhance security on our network. Items can take up to 22 days to be delivered due to royal mails terms and conditions. Prices could change after purchase if the items are posted to areas outside of Great Britain. Our team will contact you if require.
Royal Mail is our main carrier and postage time is strictly down to them. However our team will help in every way possible to solve issues you may have.
Warranty
Warranty can only be used if the items our damaged and our warranty means a replacement will be sent out when the original item is returned. The returns time scale is valid for 2 working days after you sign for your item. If you have received the wrong order our team will change and send out replacements and will issue money off coupons.

Boxes do not come dressed. they come in the colour shown but detail must be added by the buyer. If you need help please contact us

Occasion Creative has many offers in place and may change from time to time. Our network will only allow one coupon to be used per order.
